1. Cancellation by Client If the Client cancels the project after the deposit has been paid but before work has significantly progressed, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion. If the project is more than 50% complete, no refund will be issued.

2. Cancellation by Arrays’ Studio If we cancel the project for any reason other than a breach of contract by the Client, we will refund any payments made for work not yet completed.

3. No Refunds on Completed Work Once the website is live or the final files have been delivered, no refunds will be issued.

4. Third-Party Costs Payments made for third-party services (e.g., Domain Names, Hosting, Premium Plugins) are non-refundable once purchased on your behalf.
